New Helpdesk!!
Our new helpdesk allows 3X Software Limited and Karova clients to submit an enquiry or support issue directly to our technical support team. Once you have registered and logged in you may then submit a ticket to us. A representative will respond to your enquiry as quickly as possible and you will be able to amend/ update or view progress on a ticket at any time.
* If you do not wish to register you may submit a ticket as a guest but you will not have access to the full features of our helpdesk.
